S4: E104: Although we’ve discussed our journeys with mental health on this podcast before, we’ve never talked in detail about antidepressants and our story and experiences with taking them. There was a long time where we were both resistant to turning to medication when it came to our depression and anxiety struggles. In this episode, we share our stories about our journey towards becoming more open to taking antidepressants and our experiences, fears, successes, and struggles with them.
